Mikael began his career at BNP Paribas, specializing in equity markets and structured products, before founding several investment firms. With expertise spanning public equities, structured solutions, private equity and real assets, he combines deep market experience with academic credentials from ESGF and ESLSCA. As Co-Founder of Delta Finance, he plays a hands-on role across the business, leading client relationships, originating and structuring investment opportunities, and steering the firm’s strategic direction.

Educated in finance in Paris and certified in Blockchain Technologies by MIT, Gregory has been investing his own capital since 2015, building a diversified track record across private equity, technology, real estate and listed markets. His investment philosophy is rooted in long-term conviction, disciplined risk management and strong alignment of interests.

As Chief Executive Officer of Delta Finance, he originates and structures exclusive co-investment opportunities for entrepreneurs and high-net-worth families. Alongside the firm’s partners, he drives Delta’s strategic vision: investing our own capital first, and offering our clients access only to opportunities in which we have the highest level of conviction.

Joined Merrill Lynch in 2008 focusing on equity derivatives for institutional clients. He then led algorithmic execution at a Geneva financial intermediary, subsequently managed multi-asset allocation at a multi-family office, and directed a Cayman global-macro long/short fund through late 2025. Today, he drives investment strategy across markets at Delta Finance.

Stefan is a former capital markets professional from the City of London, where he began his career as a banker at Lehman Brothers. Since 2018, he has built a second career as an entrepreneur, investor and wealth manager at the frontier of two fields he considers central to the coming decades: blockchain and longevity. As a partner at Delta Finance, he combines the rigor of conventional capital markets with the opportunities of emerging technology.

Doctorate of Business Administration in Digital Currencies with over 25 years of international experience serving UHNWI and family office clients across Switzerland, the UK, the UAE, and South Asia. Currently Head of South Asia/Middle East at Delta Finance, with a track record of senior leadership roles at UBS, Julius Baer, Credit Suisse, and ABN AMRO. Deep expertise across private equity, structured products, portfolio management, trust and legacy planning, and M&A advisory, complemented by a consistent history of building relationships and opening new markets, and delivering high quality services in Asset Management.

A Bitcoin-mining pioneer with 9+ years at industrial scale, he co-founded Alpine Mining SA, Switzerland’s largest miner which built and operated a 40’000 GPUs data center. He was also involved in over USD 120M in hardware transactions and the development of 60MW across 3 continents. Operator first, investor second, he now leads active trading on our AMCs across AI-related equities.

Master’s in Finance from the University of Lausanne, with a corporate-finance focus. His background spans private equity, transaction structuring and fundraising in high-growth companies. He models and evaluates our investment opportunities, particularly in tech and alternative assets.

An analyst by training in economics and finance (CPGE then university), with five years in the military that instilled his discipline and rigour. He runs daily order execution and trade processing, acting as the guardian of operational quality and full transaction traceability.

18 years in financial services, backed by a Bachelor in Finance, an accounting diploma and a compliance certification. She owns regulatory compliance and the internal-control framework at Delta Finance, while also coordinating office management, accounting and HR.
