Mikael is a seasoned asset manager and managing director with a strong background in finance. He began his career as an equity and structured products salesman at BNP Paribas, acquiring solid experience in this field.

Fabien Gruchet is a passionate financial analyst with an academic background in economics and finance. After obtaining his baccalaureate in economics, he spent a year in a "classe préparatoire aux grandes écoles" (CPGE) followed by two years at university, deepening his knowledge of economics and finance.

A graduate of the University of Lausanne with a Master's degree in Finance (specializing in corporate finance), Jérémie has worked extensively on fund-raising, transaction structuring and financial audits in fast-growing companies, particularly in the technology and alternative investment sectors.
Kamran is a seasoned wealth management expert with 28 years' experience, having worked with prestigious institutions such as ABN AMRO, Credit Suisse, Julius Baer and UBS. His international career has taken him to the USA, Dubai and London, and he now focuses on serving the South Asian and African diaspora worldwide.

He focuses on the renderability of blockchain assets (making them accessible for investment) and creating bridges between traditional financial markets and crypto finance.
Stefan is currently a partner at Delta Finance, where he designs investment vehicles integrating digital assets into institutional portfolios.
Ludovic is a cryptocurrency expert with almost ten years' experience. Co-founder of Alpine Mining SA in Switzerland, he led the company to sales of $25 million in its first year, before exiting in 2020 with a seven-figure valuation.
Since then, he has been working to connect crypto and traditional finance, facilitating over $400 million in Bitcoin-backed loans by 2024. Today, he is a portfolio manager at DF, specializing in stocks related to industrial mining and AI data centers.
With almost two decades of capital markets expertise behind him, Florent Patisson started out with Merrill Lynch investment bank in 2008 in equity derivatives for institutional clients (alternative strategies). He then spent five years managing trading operations for a Geneva-based broker (algorithmic execution), before taking charge of investment strategy (quantitative multi-asset allocation models) within a multi-family office in Geneva.
Since 2018, he has also been Director of a management company (BVI) overseeing a Caymanian hedge fund in long/short equity global macro strategy. Today at Delta Finance SA (Geneva), Florent Patisson is responsible for capital markets strategy, applying a holistic approach (fundamental, technical, macroeconomic). His expertise includes modern portfolio theory and the development of global macro investment theses.
With 18 years' experience in the financial sector, Johanna holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance, a diploma in accounting and a certificate in compliance. She holds the position of Compliance Manager at Delta Finance, where she ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.
She also plays a cross-functional role, combining Office Management, Accounting and Human Resources responsibilities. Her versatile expertise ensures smooth coordination of internal operations. Committed and structured, she actively contributes to the solidity of the organization.
